    Neurofeedback Brain Training

Neurofeedback is a noninvasive therapeutic technique that trains the brain to self-regulate by providing real-time feedback about its electrical activity.

Sensors placed on the scalp record brainwave patterns, which are translated into simple visual or auditory cues. Over 30-40 sessions, individuals learn to shift toward healthier brainwave patterns associated with improved attention, emotional regulation, sleep, and stress resilience.
