Is Pornography an Addiction?

I recently had the honor of interviewing and talking to Julie Fraumeni-McBride, who recently finished her doctoral work in Education. I've been following the-soon-to-be Dr. Fraumeni-McBride for quite a while on social media. I am intrigued by her research because she looks at pornography use and what constitutes problematic pornography use. I had a lot of questions for her!

Is pornography use an addiction? Is it a problem within your marriage, relationships, and home? Today we will discuss all the things - we are really going to dive in and also give you some help if you find yourself viewing pornography and you no longer want to engage with it.

Julie has a background in family studies, as well as a Master's in Education and will be awarded her PhDin Education in a few months. Her doctoral research focused on women's pornography use and sex education. She's also a mom of six and an incredible woman, I highly recommend that you follow her!

There is just so much to cover, and this is such a sensitive topic for some. I would love for you to listen this conversation!
