Trainings & Programs

Empower your team by addressing trauma, toxic stress and peak performance at work.

  • This 90-minute training is led by certified trauma specialists and provides a broad introduction to trauma and toxic stress.

    This training covers:

    • how trauma affects the brain and body

    •how symptoms of trauma and toxic stress show up in the workplace

    • interventions to help both leaders and employees grow through these challenges

    • An emotional regulation "first aid" kit for managers and associates

    • evidenced-based tools and skills that managers can implement with associates immediately

    This training can also be modified for the associate level.

    This training is best suited for groups of less than 150 people.

  • This two-day training is led by certified trauma and toxic stress specialists, as well as mental health practitioners.

    Thia training is a deep dive into how the brain and body are affected by trauma and toxic stress, and how symptoms are exhibited in the workplace.

    This training includes:

    • 2-day training

    • bi-weekly follow up meetings, via Zoom, for at least 52 weeks

    • Access to The Whole Health Lab

    The skills this training provides:

    • how to build resilience and capacity

    • how to become an empathetic listener

    • how to create a trusting environment

    • how to maximize collaboration

    • how to maximize voice

    This training is best suited for a group of 25-30 associates.

  • This 12-week, high impact training program is best suited for leaders that have shown potential but struggle with symptoms of trauma and toxic stress.

    These are the type of associates that often accomplish a lot, but also create workplace conflicts. They may show rigidity to new ways of working, challenges, or new leaderships.

    This training includes:

    • 12 educational modules delivered weekly

    •30 individual Neurofeedback Training sessions

    •3 EMDR sessions

    •4 live executive coaching sessions, delivered via zoom.

    •Access to the Whole Health Lab

    This program requires a minimum of 8 associates and can accommodate up to 60 associates in one cohort.

  • This is our VIP peak performance training for great leaders that want to blow past their upper limits.

    Training helps top performers rewire their brains to surpass their limits.

    Specifically, peak performance training helps with focus, drive, the ability to maintain a sense of calm amidst stress, increased capacity, and enhanced problem-solving abilities without compromising emotional and mental well-being.

    Our Peak Performance program is an 8-week VIP intensive followed by performance “boosters” at month 6, 9 and 12.

    This program includes:

    • Individual Coach Assigned to each leader for one year

    • Weekly educational modules

    • 30 initial Neurofeedback sessions

    • 8 EMDR sessions

    • Monthly leadership coaching

    • Neurofeedback booster sessions (3 sessions) at months 6, 9 and 12.

    • Access to online portal The Whole Health Lab

    This program requires a minimum of 8 leaders and can accommodate up to 60 associates in one cohort.
